Keyworker Survey

As you are aware schools will be closing on Friday for the majority of children. Lessons will be provided daily for all children by their teachers and information about this has been shared with you.
We intend to provide on site educational provision for children who of parents who are key workers who need it. In order to facilitate this, please can you complete the survey below.
We would appreciate it if as many parents as possible could complete this, as we will be able to ensure that we have sufficient staffing.
