Volunteering

 

Oasis Academies aim to be more than just schools. We aim to become true learning Hubs within the communities we serve. To make this a reality, we strive to include and involve as many members of the community as possible in what we do.

Whether you have a large or small amount of time, whether you are a parent to one of our students or not, we are always looking for volunteers to join our family. We believe that everyone has a role to play in making Oasis Academies the best possible educational environment for our students. If you live in our community and want to make a real difference to the lives of our young people and their families, we would love to hear from you.

There are many ways you can get involved, including:

• Literacy and classroom support for students
• Childcare support
• Family and parenting support work
• Support for our Adults with Learning Disabilities Programme 
• Youth services - supporting youth clubs, holiday activities and youth workshops

We would love you to be involved in the life of the Academy. Whether you have a few hours or a few weeks to give, there's loads you can get involved in.
